This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use and protect personal information collected from visitors ("Users" or "You") to the Find Felicity website and mobile app (the "Site"), and serves to assist You in making informed decisions when using our Site and services. Please read this entire statement to understand how your information will be treated. This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Find Felicity and only applies to the Site and services offered through the Site.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of the Terms of Service. Please review our Terms of Service, as they govern your use of our services and limit our liability to you. By using our services, you agree that we may treat your information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms described in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, you should refrain from using these services.

Profile Data. We collect information you provide when you create or maintain an account with us, including your login credentials, profile photograph, biographical information, occupation, and preferences relating to your account and the services. If you choose to complete them, we also collect the personal categories you fill in, which may include faith practice and depth, political worldview, relationship structure, sexuality, sexual orientation, lifestyle and recovery, relationship history, family and life obligations, mental health, neurodivergence, physical health and medical, sexual health, legal and life events, and personal notes.
Social Media Data. We collect Social Media Data when you decide to share data with us through your accounts on other platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Apple, Google) or when you list your social media data on your profile.
Location Information. We may collect a subset of personal information that can be used to locate the device you use to access the services. Location Information may include: (i) the location of the device derived from GPS or WiFi use; (ii) the IP address of the device or internet service used to access the services; and (iii) other information made available by a user or others that indicates the current or prior location of the user. If you do not want us to collect Location Information from your device, please disable the location setting(s) on your device or delete our App. Please note that disabling the location setting may affect certain features of the services and the App.
Usage Data. Information that we automatically collect about your use of the services and your device. This could include the date and time of your visit, the amount of time you spend on the site and your location at the time of your visit, down to the city level. This type of information does not usually, by itself, uniquely identify an individual, and may include your IP address, web browser and operating system, device model and manufacturer, and your activity on the services.
"Consumer Health Data" is data that includes but is not limited to individual health conditions, treatment, diseases, or diagnosis; social, psychological, behavioral, and medical interventions; health-related surgeries or procedures; use or purchase of prescribed medication; bodily functions, vital signs, symptoms; diagnoses or diagnostic testing, treatment, or medication; gender-affirming care information; reproductive or sexual health information; biometric data; genetic data; precise location information that could reasonably indicate a consumer's attempt to acquire or receive health services or supplies; data that identifies a consumer seeking health care services. Any information that you provide that is considered "Consumer Health Data" is collected only for the purpose of providing you with the Find Felicity services and assisting you in connecting with other Find Felicity members.
Content you submit to the services, including Personal Truth, is screened automatically for compliance with our content standards and applicable law, and is subject to review by Find Felicity personnel, including when that screening flags it, a member reports it, or the law requires it.
We may share Consumer Health Data with the following categories of third parties when necessary for the purposes described above:
We never share Consumer Health Data with advertising or analytics partners, and we never use it for advertising.
Some Felicity features use artificial intelligence provided by service providers acting on our behalf. Write and Polish processes the text you choose to submit in order to draft or refine it. Matchmaker Readings and compatibility results are generated from public profile data. Content processed for these features is used to provide the feature and is handled by our service providers under the same obligations described in this Privacy Policy.
Paid memberships are billed through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or a payment processor on our website, depending on where you subscribe. Purchases from The Mercantile, our gift and wellness store, are processed through our e-commerce provider. In every case, your payment card details are collected and processed by the payment provider, not by Find Felicity, and we do not receive or store your card number. We receive limited transaction information from these providers, such as your subscription status, renewal dates, or order details, which we use to provide your membership, fulfill your order, and support you.
We may use the information we collect about you so that we can provide you with better services, and we may also anonymize your information and aggregate with other users in order to improve our services overall.
We may use your information in the following ways:
In addition to those purposes listed above, we may use your information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

However, due to the nature of electronic communications, it is impossible to provide complete assurances that your information will not become known or accessible to third parties. If you provide any confidential information about you or your health to us via electronic communication, it is at your own risk.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors find and use the website and to measure how well our advertising works. For example, these tools may record that a visitor viewed our website, tapped a link to download the app, or submitted an event RSVP. This information may include your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, and the actions you take on the website. Meta may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We may use similar measurement tools in our mobile app to understand which advertising leads to downloads and sign-ups.
These tools are limited to our public website and to basic measurement events. We do not send your profile answers, your Personal Truth, your messages, or any Consumer Health Data to advertising or analytics partners.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Your mobile device's settings may also let you limit ad tracking. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the website work.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal identification information or your Consumer Health Data to others. We may share your information:
You can review and update most of the information on your account at any time from within the app. You may delete your account from within the app, or by emailing us at Support@FindFelicity.com from the email address on your account. Our service is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit individuals under the age of 18 on our platform. If you suspect that a member is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available on the service.
